My dog, Callie, and I had a great experience with Tom! I got Callie, a shepherd/boxer mix at 4 months old and after a previous attempt at an in-facility training, I realized I needed someone for in home training to get Callie where she needed to be. She was anxious, reactive/scared of a lot of people, and I had trouble training her on my own. Tom came in - and I saw improvement just in the first session - with my dog and myself! He showed me the right ways to train Callie effectively and got us both feeling much more confident. I highly recommend using Tom - he is very knowledgeable, patient and a great dog trainer.

Just wrapped up training with Tom to alleviate our dog's reactivity to other animals and strangers and there has been a huge improvement in behavior. As long as you're willing to put in the work with your pet I don't doubt that Tom can help out your situation. He was always willing to work around our schedule and showed us all the tools we needed to make our dog less reactive and our family less stressed when taking him outside.

Tom was amazing! My 8 month old cattle dog/shepherd mix Rhodey had never been to formal training before, as I had hoped that I could just train him on my own and honestly hoped for the best 😂 it became clear as more time went on that his teething habits were getting out of control (he was constantly nipping at people), he would not listen, and was constantly pulling on his walks. After even one session with Tom, we saw huge improvements in Rhodey! With consistent work, effort, and time, Rhodey’s demeanor changed completely. He’s able to walk with us off-leash, stays in his place, and no longer tries to herd/nip us down the stairs. It definitely took some work, but the results are worth it. Cannot recommend Tom enough, he is truly the best!!!
