Great facility, great trainers--accessible via website and phone numbers are on it for all the trainers on specific classes that I was interested in, no problem getting ahold of anyone. Also, building a presence on Facebook, slowly, but leave a post there and you will get answered as well. I have taken so many classes and many dogs through their program---a big plus is that they are adding some really fun classes in addition to the standard obedience classes (Tricks & Performance, Scent/Nosework, Dog Sports Intro. to name a few. Well worth the effort of looking into if you want some great training support and advice for bringing up your pup and having fun in the process~!

Its too bad that this trainer does not answer their phone or return calls. As puppy program manager for CCI, the largest Assistance dog organization, I am always looking for classes for my puppy raisers to attend. After several puppy raisers tried to contact Melody with no response, I spent half a day trying myself. This in itself is really poor customer service and for me, says this is not a business I want to send my puppies to. Too bad.
