Good Evening Hayden, We are sorry you feel that your pet’s experience wasn’t what you expected. We have multiple update videos/footage of your puppy performing all commands he was trained on. At your 1-hour pick up session you were demonstrated everything he learned, and you also came back for another 1-hour follow up session after you were having difficulties continuing his progression. After the follow up session you left very happy and thanked us for everything. As far as your pet’s health, he departed our facility in perfect health THREE weeks ago. You received verbal, video, and written instructions on how to PROPERLY use the tools we used during your pet’s training. As always, we refer our clients to read the manufacturer instructions as well. As far as pictures of your pet (which are public from your page to this date, for any and all to see), we merely used them to reference what can happen when e-collar misuse occurs. I hate that this happened to your poor pet, and wanted to make ALL other clients aware of possible injuries when owners fail to educate themselves properly on the use of said tools, and how important it is for owners to follow our instructions. As a small business, we rely on our ability to provide the best training possible to all pets who attend our training. Our reputation speaks for itself and helps us remain in business during these tough times caused by the pandemic. Your then-13 week PUPPY is similar to a baby, and requires the owners to be invested in the follow on training that should occur at home.
