FirstBarkMedina Swarm Agility club welcomes all dog lovers with up to date equipment and user friendly scheduling. Although open gyms were discontinued because of the pandemic, the bargain rate membership allows members to schedule a once weekly solo practice with access to all equipment. My dogs and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at the club.

I have a 2 year old Great Pryenes Bernese Mountain Dog German Shepherd mix who has passed 2 obedience classes. My only problem with him is walking on the leash. Even with a gentle lead he pulls can you help me with this?

I’m giving two stars because I hope to be back and receive better service and have a chance to experience the agility course. We read online that they would have an open gym at 6:30. Upon arrival me, my mother and another patron came in and were greeted by a very unwelcoming trainer giving a class. She rudely ignored my mother and told us that their was no open gym. When she asked why she was not given an explanation and the lady waved her off. The other patron explained to us upon leaving that the open gym would not be for another hour. My concern is why was there no customer service or even an interest in retaining or explaining the circumstances. I have a young Australian Cattle Dog I’d love to bring there but I don’t think I will if I have that kind of experience again.
