McClain's Balanced Dog Training

McClain has been training our family’s 5 dogs for the past 3 years. Her loving, gentle-but firm- and wise expertise is unsurpassed. After my 17 years of “training” with our dogs, I can finally understand them all-aged 13, 3, 3, & 1 years and 4 mos. Our son’s newest family addition-puppy-is potty-trained, confident and sociable with all humans and dogs; she’s not afraid of anything! McClain can handle any old or new issue as well as “train” us parents! She truly understands and loves dogs! My family and dogs revere her. We are incredibly lucky to have her come for weekly training and pack walks during the summer and fall. Wish she lived out east all year round.

I am so thrilled that we found McClain. Not only is she an incredible trainer, but she’s fun, compassionate, extremely funny and charismatic. My dogs Bobby and Jack absolutely love her. McClain really did a great job training Bobby to be a well behaved, obedient dog at a crucial time in his puppy development. She was also able to help with my older dog Jack’s resource guarding, which I thought would be impossible to fix. It took her about 10 minutes. After spending the summer training with McClain, we took both of our dogs on a road trip from NYC to LA and back. They did so well! I know it’s in large part because of our investment in training with McClain.
