Maximum Obedience

Bash is the reason I still have my dog. He is the most empathetic, non-judgemental and determined dog trainer I have ever met. He is truly in this business for a love of dogs and wanting dogs to thrive and be happy, and he saw the good in my dog when no one else did. The biggest thing: he accepted and loved my dog for who he is, not who society says he should be. I was never shamed as an owner, I was never stressed without him already knowing, and I was always listened to and our concerns were heard. My dog is actually happier to see him than he is to see me! We will never consult another professional, this is our place. I owe him my dog's life.

I sent my Golden Retriever puppy, Kenai, to Bash when he was 11 weeks so he could get started on potty training and basic obedience. Kenai stayed with Bash for 3weeks and in that time he learned SO much, it’s like a got back a whole new puppy at the end of it. During those 3 weeks, I got frequent updates from Bash. Everything from what Kenai was learning that day or learned already, how he was getting on with the other dogs, any problems Bash saw (and fixed or started to fix and taught me how to continue to correct it), and how his potty training was going. Bash even provided a written list of how the weeks went, what happened during the day, how many accidents or successful potties outside! And upon dropping off Kenai, he went over the generalized schedule he has set to ensure that’d be good for us and I was aware what he’d be doing and when! Kenai is my first puppy and I’ll never thank Bash enough for how he’s helped us as a team get a head start in training. Prior to dropping off Kenai, the entire experience of being a first time puppy owner was very overwhelming. Bash listened to my fears, concerns and struggles and not only corrected issues we’ve been having that I couldn’t get through myself but taught me helpful skills and gave advice that I will remember forever on puppy raising and owning a puppy.
