MattyG’s Dog Training

Recently acquired a pup this January, and safe to say she is a lot to handle… well WAS. Our 9 month pit pup needed some obedience training bad, and as a local business owner, I couldn’t find the time myself to give her that attention. I came across Matt due to mutuals, and we did the 4 week boarding training. Safe to say, within 1 week he had our pup looking like a soldier! He did follow up training sessions every week and showed us how to work with her and explained how we can be better trainers for her as well. We are now 4-6 weeks post training and she’s holding up well! Safe to say I recommend Matt highly!

Matt has been so amazingly helpful with our new pup. We cannot recommend him enough! Stop your dog training search now because he is the BEST of the BEST. His communication is timely, he answers all questions, and he even sends pictures and videos while your pup is in training because well, it’s true, we miss them too much. I sent my dog to Matt for a 3-week board and train to work on obedience, leash manners, recall, and socialization with other dogs. While I was initially a bit nervous, it turned out to be an incredible experience. Matt kept me updated regularly with photos, videos, and progress reports. The included weekly one-on-one training sessions with Matt and my dog were especially helpful, allowing me to stay involved and learn alongside my pup. My dog made amazing progress in a positive, structured environment, and I plan to continue with follow-up lessons.
