Massbach Kennels

After recently adopting an 18-mo-old mix breed in the middle of an IL winter. Stella,a very sweet girl, who is crate trained but ohh not so adept on a leash! Winter sidewalks got me, and I was in desperate need of boarding & training while I healed. Luckily I learned of Massbach Kennel. Fortunately, they were located near me, but more importantly they were great to work with. Justin was always responsive, videos were helpful and he took time to answer any questions or concerns. Stella is home now, we are both working on what we learned. I know where I can go for boarding and any additional training... Massbach Kennel has been added to my contact list.

So our Coco can be a bit strange of a dog she's had a rough life before she came to us and suffers from terrible seperation anxiety. I was nervous leaving her with just anyone. Our whole family went on a trip and Massbach Kennels really was the perfect choice. The facilities were clean and neat. The dogs had their own space and beds. The price was affordable. Also, he worked with me on the drop off and pick ups. He communicated well with us about everything before hand also. I was so worried leaving her because she panics when she's not around us at nighttime. He totally handled it though. I will use Massbach again when I have to board for any reason.
