I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mason Dixon K9. We recently completed a board-and-train program for two of our dogs and the results have been absolutely life-changing. The professionalism of the entire staff is unmatched. They are true experts, but what really sets them apart is how they treat the dogs—they truly treat every pup like a member of their own family. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated the weekly progress report calls, which kept us fully informed. It was also such a highlight to see the photos and videos they posted to social media; seeing our dogs' progress in real-time was amazing and gave us so much peace of mind! At our graduation lesson, the trainers were incredibly patient with us. They took the time to ensure we understood all the techniques used and really helped set our dogs and us up for long-term success at home.
