FirstBarkMarvin and his staff are awesome and really care about their clients, especially the 4 legged ones! I am an OTR truck driver and they were willing to work with my schedule for drop off, pick up, and private lessons! Rip did the 3 week boarded trains in April 2023 and a 1 week refresher course in July 2024. Thank you Marvin and staff for all you do!!!

We've been fortunate to work with Marvin, Bianca, and the crew at Marvin Pierce Dog Teacher for two years now, and we couldn't be happier. We started with weekly lessons when our labradoodle first came home, and then we did a three week board and train. Two years in, and we still come to obedience clinics because we can always learn something new or tune up our skills. Everyone at MPDT has exceptional knowledge and a genuine love for dogs. I will say, if you are expecting a miracle and to not have to put in the time to train on your dog on a consistent basis, then MPDT isn't for you. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact MPDT has had on our lives and the life of our dog, Finn. A well-trained dog makes life a whole lot more fun.

We sent out German Shepherd Husky to Marvin and his team for the three week board and train when he was about a year and a half old. By the end of the three weeks we brought home a happy and well behaved dog. That was about three years ago and we still send our dog back up to Marvin for boarding whenever we go out of town. We know he’ll be well cared for and he gets lots outdoor active time and lots of great socializing with other dogs when benefits him back at home. If I ever get a second dog, I will not hesitate to send him up to Marvin for training.
