Jay and Jana are both fantastic and the staff is so friendly too. Our pup a Brittany Spaniel "Walter" is such a fantastic pup and Maringo helped us be able to keep him under wraps and under full control in public and family walks. Simple commands, you leave with all info to stay on it and the offer boarding with follow up class for when you travel. By the way, the grounds in the farm are always pristine, beautiful, and very inviting. Walter loved it and we felt wonderful leaving him there.

Many years ago when I lived in Louisiana I took my Mastiff to a professional trainer and had a terrible experience. The dog came back aggressive to any man wearing a hat. The same guy without a hat was no problem. When I contacted Maringo Farms I was very concerned about a repeat situation. I paid them a visit and discussed their facilities and training. I was conflicted about the 2 week vs 4 week program. My puppy (Buddy- 8 months old lab) was sent through their 4 week program. I found these people very in tune to the dogs health and very professional. When the long long long 4 weeks was over they arranged a training session for me. They took their time and explained everything to my wife and I as well as having us go through each of the dogs new skills. This was needed as much as the training of the dog. In the weeks that followed I had a few questions and they quickly and clearly responded. The net result is a dog that still remembered me when I picked him up, a dog that I can take for a walk without any concerns (I have had neighbors stop and tell me what a well trained dog I have), a dog that has, in some cases, better manners than my grandchildren. For the rest of Buddy's life I will be appreciative of what they did for us.

I highly recommend Maringo Creek Farms! They are amazing! My two dogs have both been boarded there several times. I never have to worry about them when they are there. I know they are being well cared for. The set up of the property is so nice too. The dogs get to spend time outdoors in a peaceful and safe environment! My youngest pup did the board and train program and it has been such a wonderful thing for us! Walks that were once stressful aren’t anymore! Our dog knows what to expect and we all have more confidence and fun adventuring together. Ray and Jana are so kind and passionate about what they do! Their entire team is great and makes each family feel welcomed.
