We specialize in teaching your dog to focus with high distractions both on and off leash. Our large selection of programs address a variety of behaviors from basic and advanced obedience, aggression, low confidence, house breaking and more.
We believe dogs learn better in a home environment and being worked around real life situations. This is why we work with your best friends in our own home. This allows us to incorporate real life distractions at a rate that best suits each dog.

We offer a variety of board and train programs ranging from 3 days to 45 days of training. Your dog will be trained at our in-house training facility in central Ohio while facing everyday distractions. We'll also take time to teach the owners all commands and have training sessions with them as well

It really depends on what kind of training and how far you want to take it! I feel that they are the best! Mia is on her second 10-day training phase!

I paid $850 for 5 days... However we had to pick her up early, because she went into heat. We will continue the training after that!

We just got our 7 year old Pitty (15 day board and train) and 3 1/2 month old American Shepherd (5 day board and train) back from Allison and Andreia at Marcum K9 Obedience. We are blown away at the transformation that they were able to give our two dogs. We received daily updates with photos and videos for both pups which gave us peace of mind while they were away and made us so proud of what our pups were really capable of. Their attention to detail of what we were looking for in our dogs made it even better for us. We will post some photos and videos of our dogs in action with their new commands soon!
We can’t say enough good things about the experience for us and the dogs.
We also already booked our next Board and Train sessions for both of our dogs with the team at Marcum K9 Obedience.

I had my dog do the 20 day board and train and was shocked by the results. He is listening and behaving/ less reactive and is so easy to walk now. I received regular updates with photos/videos of his progress while he was with Marcum K-9 and they were there to answer any questions I had.

Rosie was a covid dog. Scared of everything and everyone. She had no confidence and couldn't walk on a leash. She is a changed dog after the training. She is confident, walks well on a leash, loves long walks, and is better with strangers. Thank you!

The team at Marcum K9 Obedience has been amazing with psychiatric service dog training for our pup. While it is hard to send your dog away for two weeks at a time, the constant communication with our lead trainer, skills acquisition and the adoration our dog developed for the whole staff is evidence of their excellent service. Additionally we are leveraging their continued support as we grow our canine and handler skills. It is great to be with a trainer who offers such extended support services with their training packages. This is just one more way that Marcum K9 obedience makes you feel like a family member and not a customer!
