Awesome dog trainer! If you are looking for a dog trainer that is effective, compassionate, and professional, this is the spot. We signed up for 5 training sessions with Ross for our energetic 2 year old blue heeler mix, and it truly was a great decision to work with him. We really needed help with our dog’s leash training & leash anxiety/aggression to help him with his social skills as well as his ability to consistently follow commands well, despite still having a lot of puppy energy. It was clear from day one that Ross is a very gifted, knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated trainer who really understands dogs & how to best work with them. His training philosophy is both clear and organized so that we as owners can feel successful in implementing simple, effective, and fun training protocols at home. Additionally, Ross really tailored each session to visibly meet our expressed needs every time. Through these 5 weeks, we’ve made and seen huge progress in our dog’s behaviors and training both at home & in less predictable environments, and Ross has clearly expressed that we can always send any training questions or challenges his way. We are so grateful for our continuing relationship with Maple Leaf K9!

We can't recommend Maple Leaf K9 enough. They have been so welcoming, supportive and knoweldable with our large newf puppy, and helping make sure her needs as well as the other dogs around her are met. Their love of dogs is palpable the minute you walk into the facility, and they greet each owner and pup with warmth and respect. Our dog has come home each time happy and confident. We look forward to continuing to bring our pup to Maple Leaf K9.
