Sarah is knowledgable and professional. My dog also LOVES her. I came to her with a 3 year old lab who was reactive on a leash, and I was so embarrassed that I was not able to control him. Sarah never once criticized, belittled, or made me feel like I was doing a bad job. She always stayed positive, taught me about the importance of being my dog's advocate, and showed me tools I could use to help him be better mannered. After just two lessons, my dog was no longer the reactive dog I knew. As we enter our 5th lesson this week, I know for a fact that I made the right choice. Best money I ever spent. I can't thank Sarah enough.

Sarah is a wonderfully gifted trainer with lots of passion and empathy for each pup and family. She continuously helps me fine tune a lot of very advanced behaviors. Manner’s Matter is an excellent place to learn proper communication and build your relationship with your pup. Absolutely recommend to the fullest!

Sarah is a trainer anyone can go to, from someone new with dogs to someone looking to develop more skill sets it doesn’t matter. She’s passionate and knows how to get things across to you, extremely patient and knows how to on the spot correct something or tweek it for any situation.
