Mannered Mutts Training LLC

I’ve been working with Jillian for about 3 years. I’ve relocated to the Indy area and still make the trip to Bloomington to work with her and her team. We’ve had great success with service dog tasks and behaviors, noise desensitization, e-collar conditioning, grooming compliance, and much more. I have been nothing short of impressed with the team and could not be happier with my relationship with my sweet girl. I highly recommend Mannered Mutts.

I’ve been very impressed so far with the onboarding process. I feel as if the initial consultation being offered in-home or at their facility is awesome! I believe the trainer being able to see first hand the behaviors I’m seeing at home will be the most beneficial for my doggo and her day training sessions. I have used another training program that is offered here in town and I had heard great things about it. I found it was very impersonal and instead of helping me get to the root of the issue, I was blamed for promoting the behavior instead of explaining that even though I was doing things to curve the behavior, my dog was seeing those corrective measures as a game instead. Mannered Mutts use a particular leash and just in the initial consultation when it was placed on my doggo, I was absolutely amazed at the difference that leash changed her demeanor immediately. She knew she was no longer in charge and I can’t wait to see the results of her training sessions! I highly recommend checking this place out!!
