Our dog Ryder was a complete nut case, just too much energy and no real way of getting him to focus, obey a command, or relax. Then came Jackson. Jackson broke down the psychology of our puppy and what exactly his program did to address our puppy’s impulse control by giving him a “job” to do. Since then he has done a complete 180 and is a different dog from tail to nose. He listens extremely well, is able to socialize, and truly has changed for the better. We would have looked at rehoming our pup if it wasn’t for this training program. I will be recommending Jackson and Mango Dogs to literally everyone with a dog, whether they’re “well-behaved” or not. Incredible experience from start to finish!

I was looking forward to our consultation appointment based on the reviews. Our scheduled appointment was at 2pm, by 2:10 I was wondering if they were running late, but realized they cancelled my appointment for not reconfirming (again) the appointment via text at 7:30am the morning of the appointment. And the. Was given 10minutes to respond to the text message otherwise they would cancel. I was never told to have to reconfirm this appointment. I scheduled this a week ago and made arrangements for this appointment. It’s a real inconvenience as I am not one to constantly check my phone, especially when I get a dozen spam texts and calls. My voicemail was not full and they said it was. Unfortunately, for a $5500 service I will not be rescheduling.
