Mandeville Canine Academy

So far, we’ve only done the basic “School days” for our pup. Usually our schedules allow him to stay at home with us all day but recently we needed somewhere for Luca to go during the day where he’d be looked after. The first day he was nervous, and took some encouragement to go through the gate. But the second day he waltzed right in. The staff remembered him, and he was perfectly comfortable. I appreciate getting an update during the day with photos of him. It’s been great having somewhere now to take him when we’re exceptionally busy where I don’t have to worry about him being bored or lonely and where I know he’s excited to be and we’ll cared for.

Our dog Cash completed the 4 week board and train. I was super nervous about leaving him for that long, but Jordan kept in touch with me weekly and I received daily reports and pictures. The transformation was so amazing that we started bringing our other dog Cooper to school days with Cash. Cooper would not even walk out the front door, much less get in the car without coercion. He went from being scared, shaking, and panting uncontrollably to excited, sticking his head out the window, and trying to get into MCA before we get the door open! Our fur babies come home happy and exhausted. The entire staff is wonderful and never make me feel like I bother them when I ask a million questions. I would definitely recommend MCA for training and school days!

It has been several weeks since I picked up my Cockapoo puppy from the three week boarding and training course at MCA. I am thrilled with the progress Toula has made! Chris and Jordan were wonderful in allaying any concerns I had about leaving Toula for that long. Their professionalism and care resulted in a more calm and obedient nine month old puppy. Toula is still energetic,but, she is so much better at followings my directions. My lovable puppy still has a way to go in some areas. However, we are enjoying the home training sessions so necessary to keeping her skills improving. I especially enjoyed seeing the daily, posted photos. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for the excellent care given to Toula! She loves going there for school days to play with the gang and I love picking up a tired and content Toula!
