Highly recommend Make Sit Happen. Danye is amazing to work with and has helped us so much. We first engaged with Make Sit Happen for our older Lab who is reactive and recently re-engaged for a consult for our new German Shepard puppy. We learned so many great tips and tricks that has reduced our stress significantly. 5 days ago, I was really at a loss of what to do with this new puppy, but today I am confident we will get through this thanks to her guidance and continued support. Review number 2 for dog number two! Danye from Make Sit Happen is now referred to as Aunt Danye at our house because our dogs and us love her so much! This magic worker has helped our family in ways I never thought possible! My dogs have done training sessions and also Stay and Play!! Like many dog parents, I was using gentle but traditional dog training methods that just were not getting me anywhere. My house was chaos. She does off site or Stay & Play training. We do both. I was nervous about my dogs leaving me for a few weeks and what the training may consist of. Worry no more because my pups were cared for like her own! Both of them are in love with Danye and her family too! BOTH of them have truly learned SOOOO much from Danye!! She sends regular updates and videos, and you can FEEL the love she has for them. Most recently, one pup in particular, (Mr, Pickles) I was VERY nervous to send because he’s tiny and could be very nasty to people (including us). He came from a yuk start to life, was aggressive from the age of 12 weeks because of the rough start, did not like ANY new person, barked at dogs, bothered his elderly sister, and essentially made having anyone come in our house a stressful event for us all. He had even started to chase/try to bite any new person so he was on a leash now when we had guests over. We walked on eggshells daily and I admit, he scared me sometimes too. I felt like I spent the day trying not to upset him. My little guy came home wiggly, happy, optimistic, and has now greeted multiple people with a waggie tail and sniffs!! He truly looks like he finally feels some peace. He was scared to death of the world before he went. He was miserable and we had no idea. We can love our dogs and think we are being good dog parents, but I now believe the majority of us have zero idea how to communicate with them, my self included. And I consider myself a HUGE dog person/dog lover!! Danye helped show him the world is NOT a scary place and while it’s now our job to continue the work, Danye is still right by our side guiding us. Ya know how sometimes you find a business and are like this owner is TRULY doing what they were meant to be doing?!? That’s Danye. She has a gift. She is patient, kind, compassionate, and loving to both the dogs and us. Danye has been so patient with us humans too as we learn with the pups so we can continue the work. She gave us a jump start, and is now training us so we can keep growing!!! I could keep writing forever on this, but ya get the point. Please, for the sake of your dog and your home, call Danye. She will help them and you. ❤️🥰

Danye of Make Sit Happen is hands down doing the job she is meant to be doing! I honestly feel it's not just her job, it's her her whole world. She cares so deeply about our pups and teaches us to communicate with each other in ways that are fun to both the dogs and us. She not only helps transform our dogs, she transforms the way we understand and communicate with them. One of my dogs has attended her 20 day Stay and Play and another is getting ready for his turn!! My entire house is finding peace and we are having fun while doing it. :-) Her methods are gentle, fun, loving, and full of success! My family and my dogs cannot thank Danye enough for the compassionate guidance she give us! She guides not only the dogs, but US! She is not just another dog trainer, she is truly an expert behaviorist. We are so grateful to you Danye and so are our babies. :-)

Highly HIGHLY recommend Make Sit Happen and Danye! I can not say enough on how she listens and teaches actual tools that work almost immediately. She is never in a hurry and makes you feel like you're her only appointment for tthe day. She took my 140lb puppy from being an absolute terror to a calm pup in such a short amount of time using positive reinforcement techniques that are easy to follow for both my pup and me. You won't be disappointed! Her training programs are worth every penny and more!
