I’m so grateful to have found Brook to train my puppy, Romeo. She trains with love and kindness while using her own beautiful dog to help. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We’ve been seeing her every week because on the very first training session my 5 month old puppy was sitting, laying down on command and not jumping up and nipping as much as he had been. My puppy is always so happy to go and see Brook and stay for his class and play with her dogs, who have become his friends. That absolutely warms my heart knowing my pup is happy, learning and well cared for. I know she’ll be in our heart and life for a very long time.

We came to Majestic desperate for help with a brand new puppy, full of energy, curiosity, and stubbornness. But, also with an appetite to learn. Literally, after just the first assessment session she was already responding. Our puppy definitely responds to Brooke in ways that she doesn’t us, but she is making progress. Majestic (Brooke Fagel) trained my dog, Echo, a mini ALD, to be a hearing service dog. Echo was pretty solid at 17 months old with all of her basic training when Brooke came on board. I knew it would be a journey to get Echo to a point where she could pass all of her public access test and reliably perform the tasks required of a hearing service dog. Brooke took echo under her wing and worked relentlessly and unfailingly positively with Echo until she could do everything required. In the process, Echo gained confidence and a quiet, attentive bond that was incredible to watch unfold. Brooke looked after everything: registrations, little vest and service bandana, extra advice and time. I will continue to have Echo work with Brooke whenever I need help adding tasks. Brooke is uniquely talented and truly understands dog behavior. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
