Extremely disappointed in Shannon on how she handled my young daughter. SHANNON MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY. Really Shannon, $50 bucks means that much to you that your willing to make a young girl cry in front of many other people. My Daughter spent $50 buck of her own money to sign up for a dog instinct test. This is money she earned as a life guard at the YMCA. $50 bucks is a full day’s work for her. All my daughter was looking for is to have fun. It was Pouring rain and the small pen was full of mud. SHANNON, FYI. That is a dangerous situation for the dogs. The dogs can slip and hurt themselves. You would think she would know that. Shannon was so obsessed with NOT giving my daughter her $50 bucks back. It was pouring rain and the pen was full of mud. Nice, Shannon. You should think about the dogs first not the money. She did give her a credit for next time, however, my daughter explained (While Crying) she is not going to be around in November because she will be in college.
