I went out of town for vacation and was recommended to Mad K9, Florence & Dalia took great care of my dog, I was updated daily with pictures/videos which I really appreciated.
I can tell my dog was comfortable and happy there when I picked him up. She even bathes & clip their nails before sending them back home, which was a plus! You can tell they care about the dogs & goes the extra mile for them.
I’d definitely use them again & would recommend Florence & Dalia for anyone looking for boarding and/or training!

I cannot say enough great things about them. They worked with both of my dogs — my French Bulldog and my very skittish, feral rescue Shepherd — and the results have been amazing.
My Frenchie is stubborn and full of personality, but the trainer knew exactly how to work with him in a way that was patient, structured, and effective. He became more responsive, calmer, and much better behaved overall.
What impressed me the most was the transformation in my rescue Shepherd. When I first got him, he was extremely fearful, skittish, and unsure of people due to his feral background (he’s 2 years old). The trainer approached him with incredible patience and understanding. They took the time to build trust with him and helped me learn how to properly communicate and work with him. Because of that, he has gained so much confidence and is now able to relax and engage in ways I never thought possible.
The trainer didn’t just train the dogs — they also taught me how to work with them, which made all the difference. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care for the dogs really shows.
If you have a stubborn breed, a rescue, or a dog with behavioral challenges, I highly recommend them. The progress my dogs have made is something I’m incredibly grateful for. 🐾

A while back I left my little dachshund with her for 2 weeks to work on kennel training, potty training and basic obedience and she did absolutely amazing we are seeing great results. So much so I’ve decided to send her back again for a 4 week board and train and some additional boarding while I’m out of town, she’s making great progress and she’s losing weight and getting some much needed social interaction! She always looks happy, I get lots of updates, they are truly fantastic trainers, would absolutely recommend them to anyone from just skill touch ups to full of training! 10/10
