Mad 4 My Dog

I highly recommend Madalyn and the team at Mad 4 My Dog. I have been taking my dog there since she was a puppy for various classes and play groups. The staff at Mad 4 My Dog has done a phenomenal job of working with my dog, even when she can be a bit stubborn or ornery. They have even given me helpful information and exercises to work with my dog at home on her behavior. What you learn here works with natural animal behavior rather than against it.

We brought home our puppy at 8 weeks old and knew we wanted to prioritize both training and socialization, so we decided to try Mad 4 My Dog (M4MD). We had never been there before our first class, but it quickly became clear how beneficial the experience would be for both our dog and our family. We’ve participated in numerous classes and workshops, including Puppy Preschool, Basic Foundation Class, Intermediate Foundation Class, Loose Leash Walking Workshop, Jump Stop! Workshop, and the Socialization Blitz. We’ve also regularly attended puppy play dates and rowdy rover play dates, and have had a great experience using their daycare services on random occasions as well. Madalyn is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful, and fun to work with. One thing we especially appreciated is that she focuses on training the entire family so everyone at home can help the dog be successful and consistent. We’ve worked with M4MD at both their old and new locations and highly recommend them to anyone looking for training, socialization, daycare, or enrichment opportunities for their dog. Mad 4 My Dog saved my life today! My dog got sprayed by a skunk last night and we gave her a quick “skunk” bath afterward. She needed more. I called Mad 4 my dog first thing this morning hoping they had availability and they were able to get me in! They even have a skunk bath on their services. Abby walked me through the steps they take and gave me expectations for how she will smell in the future. My dog has never had professional grooming, and was definitely not the easiest client. But Abby did amazing. She looks and smells so much better. The kindest staff too! Thank you thank you thank you! -Carly M and Stout!
