I was at my wits end with my 6 month golden doodle. He was full of energy and I could not stop him from jumping on me or other people. The nipping was getting worse and I could not get him to walk on a leash. I called M Pack after being referred to them. I had a positive experience from the first time I called them. I was able to get an appointment for an evaluation on the same day. Mark was VERY professional and he paid attention to what I was saying. I signed up my pup for a three week Pet Manners I training that same day. He came the next day to pick up my pup. I was invited to go see the facility where my pup would be staying for the next three weeks. I was put at ease to know the facility is on the same site where the trainer lives. I received a visit from the trainer before my pup completed his training so that I could become familiar with the commands. I noticed the difference before my pup even walked in my door. He was calmer and he did not jump on me. Once he finished his training, I was provided with a one on one session to make the transition smoother. I was just blown away on how my pup was well behaved. I appreciated that I was provided with guidance and instructions to make the transition smoother. Thanks to the guidance that Tayy provided me, I was able to handle my pup after he tried reverting back to his old habits once he arrived home. My pup really likes his bed provided to him as part of his training. He has a safe space where he can relax. I am so pleased with the results that I recommend M Pack to anyone having behavioral issues with their fur babies.
This is a wonderful location with excellent service! The staff is very attentive and will provide the focused care that you need in the training of your fur baby.

M Pack has been absolutely wonderful for our boy Kaylo. Trainer Tay was able to build a relationship with him over his weeks of training and really helped him with his manners. Kaylo is calmer and we’re able to see his confidence growing. The group classes every week have also been so constructive and a great reminder for Kaylo and us. All of the staff are professional, kind, and you can tell they really care about all of their dogs. Highly recommend if you are on the fence about getting your dog training - it’s worth it!!
