Lyra is a changed girl after just a couple weeks with Mark! She was a rambunctious puppy who needed some help and we are incredibly satisfied with the results! I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a new puppy or even an older dog trained to walk on a leash and not pull you and to sit and stay on command. Not only did he answer all of our questions in a thorough and timely manner, he was also professional and kind. We got a certificate for Lyra’s progress (which we are framing) but also a packet outlining exactly what he did and how to keep up with it once she returned home. And the service does not end there. He returns a few times to help you through the training at home process. Truly amazing!!! We’re so happy that we’re having our other dog sent in just a couple of weeks!!!

I would like to personally say thank you to the staff at M Pack. Your team was exceptional and very professional. Prior to my pup, attending your 3 week puppy training program, he would not walk on a lease, I had to carry him throughout the house, and he would not let anyone touch him but me. Yes, he was spoiled and I was confuse on what to do next! Thanks to M Pack my pup no longer requires me to carry him, he joins me on my morning stroll, but the biggest differences I've noticed after his training was improvement in his confidence. Not only did M Pack training my pup, but they also worked with me to show me how to maintain and build on his training! Mark at M Pack Dog training has truly been a lifesaver for my husband and I. Our two Australian Shepherd COVID puppies were giving us a true run for our money, between being highly reactive and the unique issues that come with having littermates. Mark was suggested to us by another trainer in the area, and I think it speaks volumes to his skill that other trainers think of him. Mark is so patient and communicates in a way that is easy to understand, for us and our dogs. He does his utmost to identify the individual strengths and weaknesses for our pups, and helps us acquire the long term tools that we need to continue to lead them. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about our dogs as if they were his own, and he truly lights up when he’s working with them. We’d also like to give a shoutout to Mark’s son, who helps out with training and showed such great affection for our pups.
