Jeff is great with training hunting dogs- in my case a GSP. Apart from Jeff's strong understanding of training dogs, Jeff stands out for two other reasons. First, he is excellent at communicating and working with the dog owner. Jeff is very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Second, Jeff is always strait and to the point with you without any bs. If you are making a mistake he will correct it immediately and if he has advice that you may not be happy about, he will just be honest. If you are looking for a trainer for your pointer, I highly recommend Jeff & Lumpy's Kennel.
