Lucky Star Dog Training is THE BEST!!! Jennifer and Aaron are amazing!!! I trust them with our baby so much!! Our Joelle (Pomeranian) had a smidge 😜of a puppy stubborn streak and lost her marbles anytime anyone came through our front door. Training with Lucky Star was the perfect solution! She went through training with Jen and Aaron and is now home. The transformation is amazing!!! Joelle and I walked 3 miles in downtown Austin on a busy weekend today. She heeled, she sat, she got her downs. Squirrels, dog, ambulances, fire trucks and strangers did not distract her. I highly recommend Lucky Dog Training! We love you Jen and Aaron! Jennifer has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my Shiba Inu, Davy Crockett. I brought Davy to Lucky Star Dog when he was 6 months old - which in my opinion is the perfect time to train your puppy. She keeps her training sessions small, giving each dog plenty of individual attention, and her backyard is a dream—perfect for the pups to run, play, and socialize. Davy was a typical Shiba Inu puppy—stubborn, high-energy, and a total handful. But in just three weeks, he transformed. He’s now obedient, calmer, and still his silly, sassy self. I cannot tell you how many times I get stopped by strangers saying how good of a dog he is and asking how old Davy is, and when I tell them he just turned 1 - their jaws drop. The best part? The bond I now have with Davy is stronger than ever. He trusts and respects me, which makes our relationship so much more rewarding. What really stands out is how much Davy loves Jennifer and her space. Leaving him with her feels like sending him on his own little vacation—I never worry because I know he’s happy and safe. I can’t recommend Jennifer and Lucky Star Dog enough. Thank you for everything, Jennifer!

I cannot praise Jennifer and Lucky Star enough. She worked with our Bernedoodle, Maudie, over the holidays and we came back to most well-behaved dog. Our bond with Maudie has increased tenfold. It’s so valuable to be able to understand each other and she is now able to enjoy more activities as we are confident in her abilities to obey commands. Not only was the board and train program beneficial, we have a trusted place for Maudie to stay whenever we leave town or need a place for doggy daycare. We are so thankful to have connected with Lucky Star and will not only recommend them for years to come, but also bring any future furry family members to them for training.

Just an incredible experience. Jennifer from lucky star genuinely cares about your dog and also gives honest feedback on what’s best for your family pup. Rocco was only 8 months when he went into training and I was unsure how it would all go down. Just three weeks!!! But I was beyond surprised when we came back to pick him up and not only was he a well behaved dog… his confidence and trust in us had increased immensely. We now know better how to understand his emotions and behaviors. The training, while pup focused, is also just as much to train us on how to be better pup parents. Learning queues and commands that help you to communicate better as well as build trust with you and your 4 legged friend. I would give 100 stars if I could. So happy to have taken the recommendation from a friend of mine about Lucky Star Dog Training!
