Amazing Experience! My English Labrador just finished our initial Day Training package. From our initial phone call to Lucky Dog Training Club, speaking with customer service, to working one on one with your trainers, we have learned together with our pup so many training techniques and skills to last us a lifetime. This training experience has brought us from a house of utter chaos to a house filled with peace, consistency and positivity. I have already called for continued training. I can not wait to have the consistency of Day Training on a weekly basis! Highly Recommended! There truly is not another positive training facility like Lucky Dog Training Club!

STAY AWAY--NEW OWNERS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE POLICIES. I would give the new owners less than one star if I could. And I hate leaving reviews, but really felt I needed to leave this one. Mindy was a great owner, had I had great training sessions with great teachers when she was the owner, and no issues. Now, there is a new owner who is worried ONLY about their liability (don't sign 3 irrelevant releases everyone, it does matter), who promised me a refund of my $185 fee when they took my money and THEN sent the releases--now won't give me the refund or even return my emails and calls. Not only that, I have emailed them, called and left voice messages, and tried to contact them through the website. NO response. The only thing I get from them are marketing emails inviting me to sign up to all their wonderful classes. Read the other reviews, I believe them. There are other very good training clubs and trainers in the area, check them out please.

Took my dog to Lucky Dog for obedience training. Mindy was wonderful. Enrolled in an agility class and that sucked. The trainer (not Mindy) was more interested in showing us how wonderful her Australian Shepherd could navigate the obstacle course. Referred my brother-in-law to the Obedience class, but they told him it was NOT available and the woman tried to upsell him to a private 40 hr lesson for $850. About two weeks later, I got an email that they had the obedience class he was looking for for $185. What JERKS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LUCKY DOG TO ANYONE NOW. Terrible business practice!!! If this is what the new ownership is like, I would stay far far away. WOW.
