FirstBarkGreat place. The staff are very knowledgeable and the facility is very nice. We have been bringing our puppy for full day sessions 2 times a week. She is progressing vey well. Our Poppy is always very excited to go to (her school). We highly recommend using them, truly consider them Top Notch.

Can a black lab be trained to like cats
I think it's entirely possible to train your dog to mostly ignore your cats. That would be an appropriate goal, don't you think?

We have a Silver lab puppy. She lives with our cats just fine. At 1st she wanted to play with them. But now she understands she can hurt them and leave them alone.

Lucky Dog has been a great experience for Jazzy. She started at a young age with training and the trainers are very specific to the needs and training specifics of each dog. Can’t thank them enough for everything that they have taught her and continue to teach her. This is the best training we have received for any of our animals.

Taking our dog to Lucky Dog has been the best decision we could have made for him. We started with training when he was a puppy and then moved to full day dog play. Our dog is 18 months old and needs lots of activity. At Lucky Dog he can run and play with other dogs, while at the same time being supervised by trainers and getting his training reinforced. The trainers are all excellent and their love for the dogs is obvious. We tried other places and nothing compares to Lucky Dog.
Excellent training for your dog and more importantly you! I highly recommend Lucky Dog. The Pet Cottage has many dogs in training there, all positive training. Check them out.
Lucky Dog trainers have done an amazing job with my rescue collie who had been severely abused and never socialized. In just a few short weeks, she’s able to walk on a leash, meet strangers (still working on men) and do all the basic commands. Highly recommend their training methods.
