Loyalty Service Dogs

My service dog was trained by Loyalty a year ago — throughout the process, I was so supported by everyone in the program. Frequent updates and lots of information really helped with the anxiety of waiting. My dog has been perfect. I had some strange tasks I asked for, and he performs them perfectly. They matched me with a dog that truly fits my life and needs, and his training to help me has made the biggest difference in my life. I wouldn’t be living even half the life I have now without my dog, and without Loyalty.

We got my service dog Bean (previously named vanilla) October 12th 2023 at 6:30pm New York time so I’ve had him for quite awhile now and he has started peeing in the house. He came to me with no task training and also came to me with an ear infection and while he was with them got ahold of plastic and the owner was the one that did the delivery and did not notify me about anything. She claimed that he was coming to me fully task trained but luckily I’m a service dog trainer now with my own business so I could task train him myself so he is completely task trained (by me) now. I will more than likely have to retire him and get a new dog to train myself even thought I don’t have the money to get another dog and start completely over and my health is not stable enough to start over but that doesn’t matter. Me and my mom paid almost $30,000 for him and loyalty service dogs won’t even talk to us and they blocked my mom’s number because she was trying to help advocate for me. DO NOT GET A DOG FROM THEM ITS A WASTE OF MONEY ALL THEY DO IS LIE!

The entire process seemed quite legitimate up until my dog was delivered. He was 14 months old, skittish and still needed training. He was not trained in the tasks I had initially requested, and refused to listen to his handler/trainer. They trained him in tasks that did not pertain to my illness. Traumatizing experience not worth $26,000. If you want a well trained dog, Loyalty Service Dogs is fine. If you want a legitimate service animal, this is not the company to go with.

Auggie came home to us in July of 2020. She is trained in seizure alert but has done SO much more for our girl. She's restored her confidence and independence, and given me a peace of mind I never thought possible. Auggie's training was thorough and in-depth, covering not just the skills she needs but also obedience and manners. I have never heard any complaints about Auggie when she goes places, only praise. The match between her and her handler, my girl is the most perfect thing I have ever seen. Auggie was worth every penny spent and minute waited. Loyalty Service Dogs is the best!
