Going into this, I wasn’t sure what to expect. After years of having a dog that wasn’t trained, now having a puppy, we wanted to go about it properly. Michele was so informative, patient and most importantly, caring. We had to unlearn bad behaviors ourselves while teaching our new dog. The progression of his training shows how much it has helped him and us! I’d recommend Michele to anyone who needs guidance. She helps any step of the way.

We brought our three-year old rescue (new to us) to Michele for her Relationship Builder class. It was a terrific experience, everything from her willingness to answer my questions before committing, to her patience as she trained the humans...who really needed the education. She got to know our dog and us as individuals and provided great training and encouragement. Like any training, the real work needs to happen outside of the one-on-one sessions - this is for committed pet owners that will do the homework. Our dog is more confident and comfortable - and we are too!

I brought my two rescue golden retrievers to Michele’s Relationship Builder course. The dogs couldn’t be more different: the 4 yo female is a shy/reserved puppy mill mama, the 3 yo male is a happy, unfocused goofball. I was very happy with the structure of the lessons and the way skills build over time across the lessons. Michele adapted her approach quickly to the two dogs to meet their individual needs. It was a great experience for all three of us and we learned and benefited a lot. Michele is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent trainer. Highly recommend.
