Josh is a true dog whisperer. He understands how dogs think, how and why they react to other dogs and people. On my first visit, I saw about 30 dogs playing, not barking, well behaved, in one large area with 4 or 5 staff members monitoring and training them. They use positive reinforcement, not clickers or shock collars, to motivate dogs. I look forward to a much better behaved dog.

The staff and owner did a great job with our puppy! Can't say enough about how well Josh and his team do to make sure your dog is well trained and happy. Communication is key and he not only communicated with me about the dogs progress but also had great communication with the dog. Recommend for anyone looking for a great company to help with their K9!!!!!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! We have a German Shepherd, red heeler mix puppy and the first month or two we had her, she was really bad with puppy biting, not listening, basically doing anything and everything she pleases. I contacted Josh one night and was contacted back within the hour. Her consultation appointment was made very swift, and after that FIRST appointment, that was only an hour, we already started seeing results!! I was on the verge of tears from the biting and with training, we have been able to form a much better bond because the puppy biting has become almost non-existent! Along with many more positive changes in her behavior. They also jump right into teaching them to walk on a lead with no pulling and that has also been a huge life saver! Josh, Cassie, and the entire staff have a genuine, and natural love for dogs and they treat your pups as if they are their own and give them so much love!! My puppy gets excited when we pull up to the building. She also was having a hard time meshing with other dogs but yet again Loyal K-9 has dome great with associating her with other dogs and she has no problem now meeting them! To summarize things, this is an amazing training center, I highly recommend taking your dogs here if you need help with them. I couldn't be happier with how they run things here!
