I can’t understand why anyone would put up a bad review about this place. Josh, Cassie, Justin and the rest of the team are phenomenal. You can tell they love what they do and love these dogs. My very sensitive Aussie absolutely loves coming here - getting excited when we’re still blocks away. We started day training and classes about a month ago and my pup has already learned so much. We plan on continuing through to intermediate and possibly advanced. The training style, although not new, may be different for people who are not familiar with it. This isn’t your run of the mill clicker/treat training. You are taught the PROPER use and position of the training tools. The problem with clicker/treat training is that your dog does what you want for TREATS. and dogs are smart and know when you don’t have treats with you. This style of training is realistic to do anytime, anywhere — and most importantly, it works. The dogs are clearly happy to be there. None of these 20+ dogs in our class look or act scared or like they don’t want to be there. They are getting positive reinforcement by spending quality time with their human. They’re getting Praise. They’re getting pet. And they are gaining confidence. They’re getting loved on. I’m not only glad I finally found a place like this, but the fact that they are right in my neighborhood is an added bonus. Looking forward to bringing our second dog here soon. I would recommend this place to anyone, hands down.

We have been taking our dog, Max, to Loyal K-9 for over 6 months. Josh and Cassie and their entire staff are amazing and Max looks forward to "going to school" every morning. The allegations of abuse and flood of sudden bad reviews are ridiculous and uneducated. They are based on one person's post and from a bunch of people who have never stepped foot in this business and trained alongside these trainers. Anybody who has actually spent time in this facility knows how great they are. I can say that Max has NEVER come home injured or distressed and I have never had any reason to worry when he is in their hands. Additionally, we attend training in the evening and it would be very clear if our dogs were fearful of the people running these classes all day. These dogs are not being abused. Thank you to Loyal K-9 for always caring for Max and going above and beyond to help him reach his fullest potential.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place has been a complete life saver for us and our dogs. We have been coming here for almost a year now and our lives wouldn't be the same without Josh, Cassie and the amazing staff they have. They helped turn our crazy, not wanting to walk on a leash, 300% hyper dog into a well mannered, well leash walking dog. The care that they put into their animals is amazing, they treat each dog as their own. We will forever be grateful for Loyal K9 and the amazing opportunities they have given us! #LoyalK9Strong
