Love For Dogs

Adriana, Thanks for the feedback. This is at least the second review from this same group of people, which unfortunately, it seems like there are a few details being left out. We would love to address this review with the following concerns you have. With said fur baby and daughter in question, we did keep in communication constantly via Whatsapp. On August 26, 2024, our General Manger did call mom multiple times and even reached out to the emergency contact to inform the dog was running low on food. The emergency contact informed us that the owner was out of the country and emergency contact lived 1 hour away from the facility and would try to get in contact with owner to drop off food as we cannot withhold meals. The owner did not message us until August 28, 2024 with the response of being out of the country and had little service then proceeded to ask how her pup was which in response we did say she was doing great. On September 1, 2024 our trainer manager did call mom through land lines but we did not receive an answer so we did send a voice message stating that after the emergency contact dropped off food was experiencing loose stool. When feeding raw food it must be balanced and in the correct way, the food that was dropped off was still in regular grocery store packaging. The person who dropped the food off was the emergency contact that the owner had listed on her paperwork. The owner did listen and see our message on September 3, 2024 but did not call the facility back. We do communicate via whatsapp and send videos of pups training, we did ask mom if she had any concerns or needed specific training tasks and never replied to us. The General Manger did ask mom to bring more food on September 3, 2024 and owners response stated she was flying back in town. The owner did not visit her dog until September 7, 2024 and during this pick up she did agree to up her feeding and bring more food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When asked if owner should give her pup a break we did agree and asked if owner would like to keep her for a couple days or a week. The owner did ask the trainers to say when to bring the dog back. The owner did not check the dog out for not doing well, she did take her home to give the dog a break. We do understand the concerns for the pups health and communicated with the owner on what her needs were. We do have all records to show proof of our communication. We also do have a guarantee on all of our training, so we do welcome you back, as we always strive for the best possible experience. Thanks!
