Logically Canine: Dog Training & Dog Boarding

My older dog became uncomfortable at a crowded kennel and would come home ill or anxious after a stay which made going out of town without her difficult. I am so happy to have a place to bring her for a short vacations where I know she is in a home environment with only a few other dogs and a very knowledgable owner/boarder. Kelsey is communicative, easy to work with, and sends photos and updates of our dog looking like she's loving her dog-stay-cation!

Hands down the best dog trainer I have encountered. I have two rescue dogs, both with some quirks. Kelsey has taken the time and care to understand the particulars of what my rescue pup and my family needed to be successful. She listened to us, and built a training plan that works for us and our little pit/staffy, while being mindful of our older dog and his needs and the dynamic between the two. She is warm, professional, educated in her craft, and always respectful of our time. Kelsey understands what it’s like to have a dog that marches to the beat of his own drum, and has a little baggage to work through, without bringing any breed bias or assumptions. She’s here to train you and your dog to have a good partnership, and get to whatever goals you have safely, efficiently, and with your dog’s welfare and your whole family in mind. She has helped us set goals to address immediate behavior needs, learn new skills, and train our dog with methods that build progressively so we can go from basic sit/stay work on to more challenging training. Unlike other trainers I’ve worked with who come with a method they want to apply to every dog, Kelsey came with an open mind and ready to shape a plan specifically for our dog. Plus she is just a delight to work with, the best of the best.
