Jan and her business are incredible. We adopted our first puppy and felt overwhelmed at first. Thankfully Jan and I crossed paths and started chatting. I mentioned some issues we were having with our lil guy and she gave me some tips. I felt so relieved someone cared and I was intrigued about her dog classes. I went and booked one immediately! My husband and I were both able to go and we were amazed even after the first visit. Jan kindly listened to our concerns, talked us through different practices, answered any question we had, and showed us hope that we would be able to get the hang of this whole dog thing, haha! Since starting with Jan at Live Oak, our dog’s obedience and behavior have improved, we are understanding him more, we feel less stressed, and are enjoying seeing our puppy learn and grow.
