About Little Rock K-9 Academy
The Little Rock K-9 Academy was established in 1983... We are a full time small canine company that train and sell narcotic detector, tracking and patrol apprehension dogs. We are sometimes among the overlooked canine companies, yet we have trained and provided police service dogs to law enforcement agencies in more than 35 states and several countries. We provide comprehensive canine handler classes with each canine we sell and our “outrageous customer service” is second to none.

Tony, and crew, are very knowledgeable and take the time to work out any little kinks that may arise. The training is as much to assist the new handler as it is to train the dog. After attending this training, the new K9 team should have a firm grasp of the foundations for both real world working applications and legal ramifications of utilizing the K9.
Tony Smith was professional and extremely knowledge of the course he instructed. Several dog issues among our unit were resolved quickly and easily under his instruction. Tony provides continued support and is always available for questions or concerns. I will gladly refer any working dog unit.

The Advanced Patrol Working Dog class put on by Little Rock K9 Academy was a very fun and informative class. Instructor Tony Smith is by far the best instructor I've had a class for. Tony Smith is able to explain what your dog is thinking along with explain why he does tasks the way he does them and also breaks down the steps to build your partner back up. The Little Rock K9 Academy has always answered any question of mine when it comes to working dogs. I highly recommend the Little Rock K9 Academy to any new or experienced K9 handler with any department.
