Do not do business with Tina Powe. She advertised a fake service-dog grant. I paid $4000 and the "grant" was supposed to cover the additional cost. Two years after the dog was promised, I am still fighting just to have my money refunded. I never received any videos of the dog she said she was training, only a couple of AI-enhanced photos of a lab and two bogus training logs. She either ignored my texts and emails or made up an excuse for why the dog wasn't ready or being transported. On the day the dog was "scheduled" for transport, she told me they spayed the wrong dog and that this dog was showing signs of being in heat. I wish I had done more research. I have since found multiple people out thousands of dollars for dogs Tina promised and did not deliver. She argues that she was sick and that is why she did not transport the dog and that it is my fault for not coming to pick up the dog. That is not the case. I offered multiple times to travel to pick up the dog. These issues were evident from the start, not just when she was sick. She also has been well enough to start her new business, 4Paws Pet Boarding and Grooming (4Paws Country Club). I am not traveling to pick up a dog two years after they were supposed to be ready, for which I have no proof exists or that it is trained. All I have asked for is a full refund. The Arkansas Attorney General tried to get Tina to transport the dog or refund my money, but she did not. Now going through court and have already received a judgment in my favor. The next step is reporting this fraud to the FBI since Lifeline is a non-profit, but Tina is making a large profit off people by taking money and not following through.
