From the moment Heather met our dog, we knew we had the right woman: we have a big and super-energetic puppy, and Heather has a kind but natural command that he instantly respected. Of course, we knew that we needed Heather to train US more than to train our dog, and she delivered. She gave us the tools we needed, encouraging us and modeling positive training. We love that she came to our home because she gave us practical insight into the specific challenges we face while allowing us to work with our dog in his normal environment. The pricing was also great--more expensive than group obedience training, but far less expensive than doggy boot camp, and we feel like we got the best of both worlds because we learned what we needed to know in a personalized way. We highly recommend Licks & Loves!
