Liberty K9

We’ve been attending sessions here off and on for several months. The training every week is a slightly different program, but is always focused on the basics while mixing in slightly more complicated stuff. The trainers have always been great and understanding, and are always helpful. If the handler or the dog are truly uncomfortable with something, they are free to sit it out, or try a less advanced program. We’ve had success with our German Shepard and her behavior when we’re coming to classes on the regular. Tonight, after we mentioned that the behavior in our GS had slipped a little bit with our absence from training, the instructor spent more than 30 minutes with us 1 on 1 after the group lesson was over, giving us pointers and help to continue working with her at home. The extra help was done with no extra cost, and is the level of attention I’ve see from them with all students in the months we have been attending.

Liberty K9 has helped me become a proficient trainer of my own dogs through their public classes and bootcamps. It started years ago when I got my first personal protection dog from them. He was a LEGEND! So they also produce incredible companions both from a training and breeding perspective. In worrying about who was going to follow in that dog's shoes, they put a basic obedience start on my new puppy through one of their in-home training programs and she went from nipping all of my friends to also being an obedient, stable companion! Through all of this and attendance at the aforementioned classes and events throughout the years, they ASSURED me I had what it took to create just as solid of a dog on my own so with my most recent addition, I've done all of his training on my own and have an incredible dog that is strong, stable, sweet, attentive, agile, obedient, and I have no doubt would do what is needed to protect me. I have Liberty K9 to thank for that and so much more, especially the dogs that came before him!
