Levels K9

I cannot recommend the place enough! I searched high and low for a good board and train and finally came across Levels K9. I met with Erik and Wanda and they walked me through the whole process, asked me a ton of questions about my dog and got to know me a bit as the owner. My dog, Max, has dog reactivity issues, he had the attention span of a goldfish, no leash manners, hyper fixation issues. I came in desperately looking for help as we did not have a good experience with our last training place. I left him with them after our evaluation and within 24 hours I already had an update. They were in constant contact, along with their trainers reaching out as well. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of. They send pictures and videos, giving you all kinds of updates on your dog’s progress. Either Erik or Wanda called me every few days to give me updates on how Max was doing and how he’s adjusting. I started coming up by week 3-4 to start learning all they had taught Max and the trainers worked alongside with me and were so patient. I worked side by side with them to start learning how to work Max and building that trust within myself and with him. When it was time to come home, they brought him to me, and for several weeks after they did home visits to help him adjust back home and to continue training in the setting he’s used to. All of their trainers are truly amazing and they treat each dog like it’s their own. They are so welcoming and kind and I’m forever thankful for them and how much they love Max. We still go up to them or they come out to us to run through different things. Overall, I had an amazing experience. I could rave about these guys forever. I’ll never be able to repay them for how much they have helped me and Max get to where we both are now.
