I had appointment with Levels K9 late November. I was looking for trainer who could help with my dog who started experiencing aggressive behavior out of nowhere over the past year. Met with Eric and his assistant. He was definitely able to identify the aggression during an observation. And he indicated that he had reservations about taking on training my dog...understandable. But he also talked about wanting to assist and be of help to me in this difficult situation. And promised he would follow up with me with a decision or a referral by the upcoming holiday. I never heard back via text, email or phone. This was very disappointing as I was certainly stressed and was looking for his professional guidance and expected him to keep his word.

I was contacted by one of the Levels K9 owners. He profusely apologized and admitted that they were at fault for not following up. And I the issue was remedied with a refund of the consultation fee. I really appreciate the follow up call and refund. Thanks Levels K9.

Highly recommend K9 dog training. It has been an amazing experience. Eric is very knowledgeable and his work is top notch. Not only did he transform our fur baby , but armed us with knowledge and training. Eric has become like family. He keeps in touch and really cares about the dogs being successful even after the completion of the training program.

Adding a followup to my previous review on Erik. Fabio was with Erik for 4 weeks when he was 4 months old. He is 8 months old now and we are very happy with how Fabio is growing and maturing. The good foundations laid down during the training helped a lot as he is growing into an adolescent dog. He started pushing the boundaries a little and a quick session with Erik helped us understand how to correct and guide him. With that he is becoming a great companion for the entire family. We enjoyed the holiday season including a road trip and visit to SanDiego.

Erik is a rockstar! He is so good with Stevie and helped me understand how training a dog works, and with some simple commands and consistency she has already improved so much since I adopted her. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient. The facility is wonderful, always extremely clean and a perfect setup for training your dog!
