Lehigh Valley Dog Training

Not sure how you can advertise yourself as a medical service dog training company when you laugh at someone on the phone inquiring about medical service dog training. While it might not be common, celiac disease is real and severe. Giving someone attitude for inquiring about your services or recommendations for life changing treatment and then scoffing at their dog breed is appalling and completely unprofessional.

Earlier this year my dog had bitten someone in my home. I reached out to Gwen and she got right back to me, we had an extensive call to determine if she could help. I had 3 sessions in her home with my dog and I applied her recommendations immediately. She has supported me through something I would consider my worst nightmare. She understands dogs deeply and gives owners a chance to succeed and gives dogs a second chance after a mistake is made. She was clear about the process and monitored my dog’s progress. I attend the group classes and my dog has made incredible improvements. There is no magic in wand for these situations but Gwen gave me the tools to help my dog and myself.

My husband and I met Gwen almost 2 years ago, and she has become a great mentor and resource. Gwen’s dog Ruby had puppies in December and we were one of the lucky families to bring one home. Gwen and her staff including Amber and Sarah have helped us with so much training! Gwen is prompt with answering questions and giving advice whenever we need it. 10/10 would recommended her training to anyone’s dogs. Couldn’t imagine a better experience. We brought our two dogs to Gwen for the consultation and then to the Sunday classes. They were both entered into the mild aggression group with Amber as our instructor and over the last several months we’ve seen really great improvement in both of their behaviors. They are both much less reactive and were able to teach them better at home. We’re learning just as much as they are. When we had questions between classes, I liked that I could text them and get some guidance and Gwen & Amber met with us early before the Sunday classes to help make sure we were using the proper technique to train our young pup to leave it.
