We did a three week board and train with our 4(ish) year old dog to help with general obedience and reactivity towards unfamiliar dogs and people. He came home a new dog - walking very consistently on a loose leash and doing much better with his reactivity.
We appreciated that we shared our concerns with John and he came ready with a suggested plan that included follow up training to ensure our dog’s training was reinforced at home too.
We still have a little work to do and a few lessons to do with John but it’s been a good experience so far.

Great place for you dog! John is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and temperaments. I have a very unfriendly Belgian Malinois that no one has been able to get close to other than his immediate family. Within ten minutes of meeting my dog John was walking him on a leash. I was truly amazed at how he was able to seemingly talk to my dog and get him to not be aggressive towards him. I highly recommend John and this business to anyone needing a professional legitimate dog trainer!

John and Legion K9 transformed our pups in just 2 weeks. They both made significant timidness progress, of people and other dogs. They have mastered basic commands and are great on leash. We are so proud of how obedient they have become at 4 1/2 and 6 months. Thank you John!
