Legacy Canine Training

Rebecca is the best! I’m so happy I found her for training my puppy. She offers different levels of training, works on commands inside and outside to address distractions, and will work on individual needs during sessions to ensure a dog progresses with commands and specific behaviors. Rebecca is very patient and kind with both dogs and their owners. In addition to classes, she does leash walking sessions and puppy play time! She also recently added grooming as an option and the groomer, Molly, has 15 years of experience. Since my puppy hasn’t been groomed yet, we’re starting with the introductory grooming so she can be introduced to the stressors that happen during the process. My dog loves Rebecca and I feel assured she’ll grow into a well behaved dog thanks to Rebecca’s help.

I brought my 5 year old rescue dog Lola (that I had adopted three weeks prior) to Rebecca’s beginner obedience puppy class. After the first class, I knew Rebecca and her abilities were special! Her presence, knowledge, and patience all were reasons Lola (and I) were successful and graduated after the 6 weeks. I am still in awe everytime I use the “down” command with Lola, as I had been trying the first few weeks for her to get it…but it just wasn’t happening. Rebecca spent 3-4 minutes with Lola after class one day, and that’s all it took! Rebecca is very helpful during and after the class, and is just all around amazing with the dogs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to successfully train your puppy/dog.
