Leerburg

I received a faulty product (human error during making and final quality check). When I emailed the owner about this, he became extremely defensive and proceeded to make threats about his employees and towards me. This included threats of how he'll deal with his employees for the error and threats of leaking my personal info such as my address if I were to share my experiences (e.g. write a review). Very inappropriate behaviour. I can't understand why anyone, let alone a business owner, would choose to be so disrespectful. There was no reason for any escalation and I am genuinely confused by the way things turned out. So my experience with Leerburg has been poor. To be fair, you may have an okay experience with their products (if you do not receive a faulty one). But good luck if you ever have to engage with the owner on a customer service level. Professionalism is nowhere to be found.
