Hasani is incredible at what he does. We adopted our boy Ozzy (8 month old pit terrier mix) and within 3 weeks, we noticed he had some trauma and physical challenges (vision impairment) that we needed help navigating. He had extreme separation anxiety and was very frantic. We did the 3 weeks board and train. People aren’t kidding when they say their dogs come back a different dog. Hasani gave us the foundation and all we have to do is continue implementing what he taught us and Ozzy. Yes it was hard at times not seeing Ozzy except for the 2 times training with him and yes, you have to change how you interact with your dog but we feel that our relationship with him is 1000x better now. Our dogs deserve the training to help them navigate a human world. I’m so glad we did it.

Highly recommend Hasani! He's an exceptional dog trainer! Our dog Zoey came in with some behavioral issues - She was reactive towards squirrels and small rodents, had trouble listening around distractions, and was not leash trained. From the first phone call, it was clear that Hasani had a good understanding of Zoey's problems and how to solve them. Zoey went into the 5 week board and training program and we were able to see progress within the second week. Zoey was more focused, responsive and also less scared of trying new things (like climbing up a flight of stairs). The weekly checkins, training sessions and videos were very helpful and informative tools. The sessions taught us how to communicate and how to maintain consistency of the training at home. Overall I cannot say enough great things with our experience at Leash Drop Canine LLC. If you're looking for a trainer who delivers results with method and structure, then Hasani is your guy!

It has been life changing working with Hasani at Leash Drop Canine! My 2 year old pitbull was displaying various forms of reactivity which made the day to day very stressful. He had been to a couple different training programs prior to Leash Drop Canine but maintained these behaviors. After enrolling in Hasani’s Board and Train program, he came back a different dog! Highly recommend for all dog owners, regardless of the dog’s personality. Will definitely continue working with Hasani to maintain my dog’s progress and quality of life!

We came to Leash Drop Canine after it was recommended by an acquaintance I met at a party -- we bonded over reactive-dog life. And it can be a hard life! Our dog is a 1-year old cattle-dog mix (mixed with every type of high-energy, high-alertness shepherd), who struggled with recall, leash reactivity, recovering from outbursts, and staying engaged with us on walks whenever another dog or car passed. I say "she struggled," but Hasani had us quickly realizing that we were the ones struggling to guide our sweet, doesn't-know-any-better pup through it all. We did the 3-week board and train with Leash Drop/Hasani -- and it was SO worth the money to come back from it with both a dog and us owners feeling more confident and equipped for the rest of her (hopefully long) life. We were nervous that we were sending her to 'scared straight' school (lol), but please be assured that that's not the case. We got to come in to Leash Drop and see our dog's process halfway through her training, and train ourselves along the way. Hasani provided so many equally helpful and entertaining videos to get us smart for our dog's return. Like literally, some of the videos went platinum in our household, lol. Overall, I'd describe the process/Hasani/Leash Drop as extremely knowledgable about what dogs need AND what they need from their owners, and as a master of the importance of consistency. We learned an incredible amount about our role in the dog's improvements, a more empathetic view of why she was behaving in the ways she was, and the importance of structure, rules and boundaries in helping her trust us and ease out of her reactivity. You get out of this program what you put into it -- it's not just a magical drop-off where the dog comes back "fixed." You've got to be willing to learn and practice and maintain what you've learned -- but luckily, Hasani makes it so, so easy to do just that. We also appreciate the house calls/follow-ups and how quickly Hasani responded to all of our questions once the dog was home!
