Should I send my dog away to a trainer or learn to train myself?
The best trainer for your dog is you. Honestly, it's never just a dog issue, when you are experiencing obedience, behavior and manners issues. Your dog needs to view you as it's leader, or a better word would be mentor. Building a trusting bond involves having the right tools and techniques to help your dog become a really successful dog. When you send your dog away, you're giving away that bonding opportunity and the dog doesn't learn to obey you. The best way to earn your dogs trust and respect is training your own dog, using kind, patient, and effective techniques. We never use pinch, choke or shock collars.

How much does this usually cost to bring in a puppy who is agressive with his siblings?
First, we do not take in dogs for training - we teach you, the owner, very effective techniques to help you solve the issue. Our techniques have remained successful with behavior issues since 2007! We can set him up for success if we start before the issue becomes serious. If the puppy is already at your home, call as soon as possible to set up training.

Wendy is amazing. She helped our fearfully aggressive dog. He can walk at heal. He can be around dogs now. Allows people to come in the house. We are so thankful to wendy. Jerry is now a pleasure to be around.
From just the first couple hours of training the turn around is phenomenal! He listens!!! and she was able to get the other two dogs to listen too. No more rushing the house guests :) Highly recommend!!!

We're now able to walk our dogs without them pulling, there is no longer chaos at the front door when the mail carrier or delivery driver rings the doorbell, our dogs have better recall, we've established who's the leader, and we're all a happier pack. In fact we're working on Canine Good Citizen for one of the three dogs. Wendy is great to work with. She's direct and let's us know how we can improve. Her style is positive reinforcement. We highly recommend Wendy and Leader of the Pack.
