THEY WILL KILL YOUR DOG I picked up my dog just 30 minutes after receiving an email saying she had vomited a little, only to find her in their lobby barely able to breathe and vomiting blood. I was absolutely horrified. I immediately had to drive her straight from their kennel to an emergency veterinarian, where I was hit with a $2,000 bill after already paying this facility to safely care for my dog. What makes this even more infuriating is that the staff and the owner cannot seem to give us the same story about how long my dog had actually been sick or what happened while she was in their care. Whatever the timeline was, I am extremely upset that it took this level of deterioration before we were contacted. And the owner's response afterward was completely unacceptable. When the owner called my family, she was aggressive, rude, dismissive, and seemingly more concerned with defending the business than acknowledging how serious my dog's condition was. Instead of taking responsibility, she threw her own staff under the bus regarding the conditions of the kennel and acted as though this situation was somehow not her responsibility. What is especially disturbing is that they were clearly aware there was sickness spreading in the kennels, yet my dog was still exposed to those conditions while in their care. If you know there is illness circulating through your facility, you have a responsibility to take appropriate precautions and communicate honestly with the owners of the animals you're caring for. I paid this business to keep my dog safe, and instead I ended up rushing her from their facility to an emergency vet in critical condition and facing a $2,000 veterinary bill. I am beyond angry and deeply disappointed by how this entire situation was handled—from the lack of communication, to the conflicting explanations, to the owner's response afterward. I will never trust this facility with my dog again, and I strongly urge other pet owners to think twice before leaving their animals here.

This wonderful place has my heart! We have been boarding our black lab here since 2021. These folks are absolutely the best! They care for her like she is their own, and they know her personality and all her quirks. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and when I communicate by phone or email, I get a prompt and friendly response. We are so grateful for Lead me On - when we go out of town, or can't leave her at home for some reason, it's so nice for our dog to go to a place where our dog, and her humans are treated like family.

I enrolled my energetic 2-year-old Aussiedoodle, Farley, in the 4 week board-and-train program at Lead Me On and could not be happier with the transformation I've seen. From the moment I spoke to the manager on the phone, to touring the facility, and dropping off him off, it was clear Farley was in excellent hands. The trainers- especially CeCe and Rae- went above and beyond. Their deep understanding of dog behavior and their patience/positive approach helped Farley learn focus and impulse control in ways that finally "clicked" for him. Both brought consistency, structure, and calm confidence to every interaction, and Farley responded beautifully to their care and guidance. They kept me updated on his progress throughout the training and shared tips/tricks that helped me feel confident and comfortable bringing him home and ensuring he did not loose the new skills he just learned. I went home with Farley feeling equipped to continue training him at home with follow up touchpoints over several months. Friends and family have commented on how much more obedience Farley is now which is the biggest compliment. I owe that credit to CeCe and Rae. The entire experience was supportive, educational, and absolutely worth it for my rambunctious pup! I wholeheartedly recommend Lead Me On's board and train program to anyone looking for meaningful, lasting results! I continue to use Lead Me On for boarding purposes. For a small additional fee they train Farley while he is boarded and he continues to improve! Thank you Lead Me On team! (PS- They are participate in reward based training only! )
