Rebecca is a true dog whisperer! We have a very fearful German shepherd puppy who is reactive with people and she immediately accepted Rebecca with no issues. Rebecca has a great demeanor and dogs clearly respect and respond to her well. We have always trained with treats so I was skeptical at first but our puppy is learning quickly with Rebecca's technique and easy to follow training instructions. Rebecca has been a lifesaver. I can clearly see the progress we've made in 3 sessions and I am excited for the future with my dog. She is not only helping my puppy gain confidence but also me as an owner. Rebecca goes above and beyond, even coming out to our home to help coach us in reactivity and our puppy's bond with our older dog. I can't say enough good things, just sign up and see for yourself!

We truly cannot recommend Rebecca and the TenderFoot Approach enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and honestly, what we were missing with our dogs. Aside from the specific drills Rebecca showed us, her emphasis on creating physical and psychological boundaries has been life changing. Our relationship with our dogs has improved significantly and our home is a lot more peaceful thanks to her. We have a 2-year old husky and a 10-year old chihuahua and their relationship has also improved significantly. I was concerned that the pressure/release method wouldn't be appropriate for a 6lb dog but I was wrong. Rebecca is sensitive and aware enough to know how and when to modify drills to meet the needs of the dog that is in front of her. She even came to our house for one of the sessions and it was super valuable to see what training would look like at home. Rebecca was such a joy to work with! We have a 2 year old pup who has struggled with some reactivity issues due to anxiety and we learned SO much while working with her. Her approach is like no other training you will come across and has proven to actually CONTINUE to work. We have done the “traditional” training in the past and due to our dogs anxiousness he would just become too overwhelmed. Not with Rebecca!
