Layton Retriever Kennels

I stumbled across layton retrievers by a simple google search. First thing I did was read the reviews. (Which were amazing) I decided to reach out and his program checked all the boxes for what I wanted for my bird dog. Fast forward I sent my German wirehair pointer for 3 months and it was absolutely the best investment I could have ever made for me and my hunting buddy. Greg does an absolute amazing job building the confidence if these young dogs with his years of experience and knowledge. I loved how I was able to also be apart of weekly training sessions. It made such a smooth transition for when it's time to take our dog home. My pup LOVED his time at training and he loved Greg and Brenda. I can't say enough great things about my experience. If you are wanting to send your dog to a place thats clean, professional and respectful to the animals this is the place! There is a reason his ratings are what they are.

Greg and Brenda are the best of the best! I sent my lab for obedience training, as well as a follow-up training to fine-tune her skills. They truly got to know my dog and what was important to me with regards to her training. When my dog was staying with them, they sent regular updates and when I picked my dog up, she was clearly happy, healthy, and enjoyed working with the Layton Retrievers team. I also really appreciarted that in addution to the structured training, they also allowed the dogs to play and exercise together. I regularly get compliments on how well-mannered Jamie is and I attribute that totally to Greg and Brenda.
